DELIVERY TERMS

Your orders from Lilyniko.com.tr will be delivered to cargo within 7 working days (Monday-Friday) after the bank approval is received. Your order will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days by the courier company, depending on the distance of the delivery address. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.


Immediate delivery products will be delivered to cargo within 3 working days (Monday-Friday). Immediate delivery is indicated on the products page.


In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be contacted from your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important.


All of the products you buy will be delivered to you with the guarantee of the cargo company we have contracted with. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product.


The products you have purchased will be notified to you with a confirmation e-mail. With the cargo process, you will continue to receive information messages via mail.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping is free of charge for your purchases from our online store and for products sent to the country (excluding Cyprus).

WHAT ARE YOUR WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS?

All products are under lilyniko warranty unless stated otherwise. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.



In order to cancel or return your orders from Lilyniko.com.tr , you must report this request to the online@lilyniko.com.tr mail address. All conditions stated here are valid only for products purchased from lilyniko.com.tr . When the package arrives at Lilyniko head office, the responsibility lies with the consumer. After the product reaches us, the product will be refunded when the product return is accepted after the necessary inspections.


In product return transactions, the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are followed. The right of withdrawal can be used within 7 days after the product reaches the customer. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify www.lilyniko.com.tr via fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product has not been used. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice and a sample of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the Customer has been sent to www.lilyniko.com.tr. Following the receipt of these documents, product inspection is carried out by experts. As a result of the inspection, the product price of the products that are eligible to be returned will be refunded within 7 days using the same method as the Customer's payment method. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. For products delivered abroad, only the product price is refunded by deducting the delivery fee collected from the invoice payment amount.

The customer cannot use the right of withdrawal for the products that are produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the customer or that have been customized by making changes or additions. For this reason, since it will be adjusted according to the finger size chosen by the customer during the order, all rings, products with inscriptions on or in the gold parts in line with the customer's wishes, all products produced in line with the customer's wishes are included in the products where the right of withdrawal cannot be used.

The orders you want to return must be sent to the address at the bottom of the page, in the form of product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials, completely and undamaged. During the return shipment, the responsibility for any deterioration in the documents and materials sent with the product and the product, or any other degrading situation arising from the courier companies or the customer performing the return transaction belongs to the customer who made the return. If you complete the return without approval from www.lilyniko.com.tr , your return will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received.


After the return is received, experts examine whether the return conditions are met. If the return is approved, within 7 days, the price of the products will be refunded to the bank account, if the order was placed using a credit card, if the credit card was given by money order / EFT. The reflection of your refund on your credit card account depends on the transaction status of your bank and it takes between 1-4 weeks.
